Very good chicken (and whatever else) but very slow wait. This is odd considering there's generally a whole host of people working and the chicken doesn't seem to be made fresh to order, they're constantly making it and putting it on huge trays from what I've seen. Maybe it's because I grew up on it but I find their chicken to be far superior to kfc. Make sure you have id if paying with card inside or else you'll have an even loner wait.

I HATE going to Popeyes because the wait is always long. Last time I went I sat in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes. I had entertainment though watching a group of crows fighting over a chicken leg,awkward. I will say it's about time that they updated the restaurant because that old drive thru was terrible. Foods always good though,that I can say.

Why the long wait?! It's a waste of TIME!! They must open one in Gville!! But their chicken is still good (and the Cajun fries).

I love the Popeyes in Plant City, Florida, so upon returning to Grand Rapids, I looked up this one. Although it is on the opposite side of town, I called to see if they had the all dark box. Yes, he said, it is 11 legs & thighs for 10.99. I arrived and ordered it. She said it would be 13.?? (almost $14) There was an up charge for all dark, she said. As I stood in line before ordering, I noticed the help was not pleasant to customers or each other. After paying there was not a word! You know, like "Thank You" We have a business and every customer gets a sincere thank you. The chicken tasted wonderful, but the legs were very small.

Very good chicken and fries, I love the spicy strip meal. The wait is always very long! Need another location in Grand Rapids!!!!! The area it is in is kinda sketchy, other than that the food is always delicious.

The food is great. However it depends on when you go about 1210 get ready to wait in line for at least 15-20 min. Staff I've seen better but still friendly the guy doing orders is good but they need one more to handle drive thru. Sides are awesome. However make sure you pick a both medium and spicy, and spicy you have to get the sweet southern tea, reminds me of down south, and still trying to figure out why in the world did they make a smaller Popeyes than the one they had next door
